Our History
Eva Consulting was founded in 2020 with a clear purpose: to help organisations navigate complex technology change with confidence and clarity.
After years of leading large transformation programs in banking and financial services, our founder, Abhijit Joshi saw the same pattern repeat—ambitious goals, significant investment, but too often a gap between strategy and execution. Eva Consulting was created to close that gap.
We started as a specialist partner for Core Banking and data migration initiatives. In the early engagements, our focus was simple: deliver safe, predictable change while protecting customer experience and keeping day‑to‑day operations stable. Those first projects laid the foundation for how we still work today—hands-on, transparent, and deeply embedded with our clients’ teams.
As the pace of digital transformation accelerated, our work naturally expanded. Clients began asking for support not only on “how to migrate” but also on “what to modernise next” and “how to align technology decisions with business goals.” In response, we grew our capabilities in IT strategy, cloud architecture, integration, and, more recently, AI strategy and automation.
At the same time, we saw that small and medium enterprises had the same needs as large institutions, but without access to full-time senior technology leadership. That insight led to the development of our CTO as a Service offering—providing SMEs with practical, board-level technology guidance and delivery oversight, without the overhead of a permanent executive hire.
Since 2020, Eva Consulting has evolved from a niche migration partner into a trusted advisor and delivery partner for banks and SMEs across Australia and beyond.
