Abhijit is the Founder of Eva Consulting, with over 30 years of experience delivering complex banking and technology transformations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. He has led successful core banking implementations for more than 30 financial institutions and previously served in Executive leadership positions at various organisations.

Abhijit founded Eva Consulting out of a personal desire to change how organisations experience technology transformation. After seeing many high-risk programs struggle or some times fail due to lack of expertise, support, or true partnership - especially in smaller and regional organisations - he wanted to create a firm that genuinely cares about client outcomes, not just project delivery.

Eva’s point of difference is this deeper level of care and commitment. Abhijit built Eva to work alongside clients as a trusted partner—bringing hands-on expertise, honest guidance, and accountability at every stage of the journey.

Today, he advises organisations across core banking, cloud architecture, digital platforms, AI strategy, CDR, and Technology leadership, helping them modernise with clarity, confidence, and control.

With a genuine passion for connecting clients with the right solutions, Yasmin is focused on turning ideas and ambitions into reality. From the first interaction through to delivery, she ensures clients feel heard, supported and truly valued.

Leading Eva’s marketing, customer engagement and client experience functions, Yasmin translates client needs into meaningful, measurable outcomes. Working closely with delivery teams, she ensures expectations are clearly defined, progress remains transparent, and solutions are delivered with care and precision. For Yasmin, success isn’t just measured by delivery — it’s reflected in client confidence, satisfaction, and the enduring partnerships that follow.
